Philip came and did a great job of replacing the main water valve inside our house yesterday. He took the time to explain the whole process to me a few days beforehand, so there were no surprises. He was very knowledgable and walked me through each step. The Region of Peel also did their part to shut off/turn on the water supply as scheduled. Kudo's to Laura and the rest of the Region's team for great communication and timely service. Philip is an excellent plumber and an extremely nice man. We ended up chatting for a few minutes after his repair and his subsequent follow up. Phiip is someone that I would be proud to recommend to others for any plumbing related issues. Philip was even was able to deal with our very inquisitve cat (Storm) with calm and grace. It truly was a pleasure to deal with such a caring and kind person. Phil recently came to our home to address a slow leak and install new toilets. He was thorough and professional throughout the entire process. Before starting the work, he took the time to walk us through what he would be doing. He also shared some helpful preventive maintenance tips to avoid future issues. We had a major blockage in our ensuite sinks that a tried to remedy without success. ESA plumbing attended promptly and quickly, professionally cleared the problem pipe.
