I had a sewer drain backup and cause a small flood in my basement. I did not originally hire Viktor, I hired someone from a different company to come and hopefully resolve the issue by just snaking the drain. Unfortunately that did not work, and the plumber had to leave before being able to properly diagnose the problem so he called Viktor to come and inspect further (they help each other out from time to time apparently) From the moment Viktor showed up my first impression was how incredibly rude he was. He seemed very put out by having to do this like it was a big hassle. He then went down to see if he could diagnose the problem but then just started to complain and blame me that all the plumbing was done wrong, it wasn’t to code blah blah blah, as if I did the plumbing myself! He then cut holes in my drywall for some reason, I don't know why because he said, “as suspected there is no way to access the pipes there”. Then why did you destroy my drywall! He then quoted me $2900 just to diagnose the problem which would have involved tearing up my bathroom tile. I did not have a good feeling about this so I said I wanted to get another quote. Even when I said this he looked at me like I was suppose to just sign on the dotted line and could not believe I wanted another quote. The $2900 was literally just to diagnose the problem and not even fix it! So instead of any kind of solution I was left with nothing but a needlessly destroyed bathroom and $400 out of pocket. (Note the original plumber refunded me this money plus a bit extra for the mess Viktor left behind) At the end of the day I am very glad I said no to his quote. The next day I had a different company who came over, was able to easily diagnose it with a camera, WITHOUT breaking up my tile and excavating the bathroom, and had a full crew in to fix the problem the next day (It was a a much bigger problem than a simple clog and so I am REALLY glad I did not hire Viktor since based on his quote I likely would have been massively overcharged) I would not use this company unless you want someone who is incredibly rude, and clearly not very good at solving problems. The only thing they said correctly was that the did not work for me, that is correct, only destruction. The man I originally hired confirmed him and victor have separate companies but they help each other out. This is in fact the business that victor either works for or owns, I have no idea. So do not gaslight me sir into thinking I do not know who did the damage to the bathroom. Also to say you are not rude is another lie. Simply look at your other reviews.
My past experience hasn’t been great with many of the other plumbers, but this time, this guy, Victor, was great! I called him for my kitchen drainage issue. He not only stayed within his quote to complete the work, he kept checking and make sure all the clogs are gone, he even fixed my water tap. I would definitely call him again if I need something else. I attached some photos, a little nasty, just FYI.
Victor had my plumbing leak fixed two hours after contacting him. He was professional, respectful and best of all, reasonably priced! I'm so pleased I chose this company and am definitely recommending him to all my friends!
Had a drain backup and minor flooding discovered late at night, tried calling 10 different plumbers claiming 24/7 ... He was the only one who answered himself, all the others used answering services, but never got back to me. Came in the morning as promised, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Clearly laid out what to expect in terms of work and cost in advance. Very happy with service.
